Catch Social Media Listener

Catch Social Media Listener is an automated daily intelligence dashboard for brand and competitive marketing research. It surfaces sentiment, share of voice, content performance, audience signals, and trending cultural moments in one place, refreshed every morning.

The system reads from Sprinklr (enterprise listening — 5 dashboards, ~170 widgets covering brand mentions, competitor sentiment, campaign performance, platform deep dives) and Apify (zeitgeist scrapers across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and news), folding both into one cadence-aware dashboard built around an 8-question strategic framework. It benchmarks Rain against MTN, Vodacom, Telkom, and Cell C, flags any metric moving more than ±15%, filters noise (deprecated Meta metrics, brand-account influencer impostors, Unicode-junk authors), and runs a 5 AM SFTP delivery → 6 AM auto-parse → live dashboard refresh on a dedicated VPS.
